Faith Legal Services, LLC was founded by attorneys who regularly work with non-profit organizations. Their experience and training in representing legal matters affecting non-profit organizations led to the creation of Faith Legal Services, LLC.
Faith Legal Services, LLC has been established to assist non-profit organizations with many of the basic legal needs affecting them. The plans provide for a range of legal services which support the charitable, educational and/or religious purposes of a member organization. Faith Legal Services, LLC offers Member Organizations access to quality and affordable legal services through three (3) select Legal Services Plans.
One of the purposes of Faith Legal Services, LLC is to assist charitable organizations with maintaining their non profit and tax exempt status. Another purpose is helping non profit organizations avoid instances of fraud, inappropriate and improper uses of the charitable organization. With the onslaught of Affinity Fraud, Internet Fraud and Church related Fraud; non-profit organizations are a ready target for financial and economic losses. With proper counsel and legal advice, non-profit organizations have a greater opportunity to fulfill their charitable and benevolent purposes. Affordable membership rates as well as quality legal representatives are the foundation for Faith Legal Services, LLC. We are proud to offer comprehensive memberships to match the needs of Member Organizations. Each plan is designed to offer Member Organizations access to legal services which are critical to the ongoing operations of the non-profit.
Legal issues relating to business formation, tax exempt status, unrelated taxable income, clergy and trustee liability matters are all legal concerns handled by attorneys selected by Faith Legal Services, LLC.
