Plan Benefits of Faith Legal Services, LLC
BASIC Plan
The BASIC Plan offers sixteen (16) hours of legal services per plan year for Member Organizations. The Basic Plan includes:
- Up to Eight (8) Telephone Conferences per plan year with a Legal Professional for new matters
- Up to Two (2) Hours of Face to Face Consultations with an Attorney Annually
- Review of Legal Documents associated with case matters
- Basic Letters (3)
- Limited Phone Calls related to pending case matters
- Reduced Hourly Rates for Extended Benefits Coverage
STANDARD Plan
The STANDARD Plan offers thirty-five (35) hours of legal services per plan year for Member Organizations. The Standard Plan includes:
- Up to Sixteen (16) Telephone Conferences per plan year with a Legal Professional for new matters
- Up to Four (4) Hours of Face to Face Consultations with an Attorney Annually
- Review of Legal Documents associated with case matters
- Basic Letters (6)
- Unlimited Phone Calls related to pending case matters
- Discounted Legal Rates for Extended Benefits Coverage
- Out of Benefits Services Offered for Member Organizations at a Reduced Rate.
PREMIUM Plan
The PREMIUM Plan offers fifty-five (55) hours of legal services per plan year for Member Organizations. The Premium Plan includes:
- Up to Twenty-four (24) Conferences per plan year with a Legal Professional for new matters
- Up to Eight (8) Hours of Face to Face Consultations with an Attorney Annually
- Review and Preparation of a Limited Number of Legal Documents/Letters
- Basic Letters (10)
- Unlimited Phone Calls related to pending case matters
- Deeply Discounted Legal Rate for Extended Benefits Coverage
- Out of Benefits Services Offered for Member Organizations at a Reduced Rate
Additional PREMIUM Plan benefits include:
- Application for Tax Exempt Status for Start-up Entities
- 501(c )(3) Applications for Existing Organizations
- Clergy Packages
- Incorporations
- Some Limited Litigation matters
Extended Benefits - Reduced hourly rates for Legal Services which extend beyond Plan Benefit hours or legal matters covered under the Plan. (Available to All Members)
Excluded Benefits - Legal matters which are not within the practice areas of the Plan Attorneys. Where possible these legal matters are referred to other attorneys. Representation and lower rates are negotiated on behalf of the Plan Member by Faith Legal Services, LLC. (Available only to Standard and Premium Plan Members)
